Myrtle Beach, SC · Weight Loss Coaching
Take care of the body you were given. On purpose.
Coaching for women who are starting from the beginning. A whole approach to training and eating, built for the one thing you actually asked for: lasting results.
“I refuse to get caught up with fads and trends.” — Kenneth Radford
Built on Purpose
Looking to provide long lasting results.
Four pillars, in this order. Nothing skipped, nothing borrowed from whatever is trending this month.
Calisthenics first
We start with your own body weight, scaled to what your knees, back and shoulders will allow today. Nothing to be intimidated by, everything to build on.
Cardio you can keep
Walks on the beach, intervals you can survive, conditioning that fits a real week. The point is the heart and the habit, not punishment.
Weight training
Once movement feels like yours, we add load. Strength is what keeps the weight off, keeps your joints happy, and changes how you look in your clothes.
Nutrition, whole picture
No fad, no cleanse, no 21-day anything. We take a wholistic approach to working out and nutrition, and we build eating you can still do at Thanksgiving.
What changes
Not a number. A different Tuesday.
Dreading the stairs at the beach house.
Taking them two at a time, talking the whole way.
Buying clothes to hide in.
Buying clothes because you want to be seen in them.
Starting over every Monday.
Never needing a restart, because you never stopped.
Eating by rules you resent.
Eating like an adult who knows what they are doing.
Sound familiar
You are not starting from zero. You are starting from tired.
You have done this before. Twice.
The weight came off, life happened, and it came back with interest. That is not a character flaw. That is what happens when a plan was built to end.
The gym feels like it belongs to someone else.
Everybody in there already knows what they are doing. You want somebody to tell you where to stand, what to lift, and when to stop. That is the job.
Your body has opinions.
A bad knee, a cranky back, a shoulder that talks. We work around it, not through it, and we build the parts that make it quieter.
You are tired of being sold a trend.
Another challenge, another detox, another app. You are not looking for a fad. You said it plain: you want lasting results.
Your coach
I have always been an athlete, so working out always came natural. After college I wanted to make sure everybody feels comfortable in their skin and loves the way they look. That is still the whole job: treat your body like something worth the care, and coach you like I expect you to be here next year.
Be my next success story
Body by Rad is one year in, and taking founding clients.
You would be coached by someone with room for you, time for your questions, and every reason to make your result the one he points at.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
Get In TouchHow it works
Three steps, no ceremony.
Step 01
Tell me where you are
One message through the form. What you want, what hurts, what your week actually looks like.
Step 02
We build the plan
Training and nutrition together, sized to your starting point, not to somebody else's highlight reel.
Step 03
We keep showing up
Online or in person, we adjust as you get stronger. Slow, steady, and still going next year.
Fair questions
The things you were going to ask anyway.
I have lost weight before and gained it all back. Why would this be different?
Because we are not chasing a number for eight weeks and then handing you back your old life. We build the habits, the training and the eating in the order you can actually keep them. Slower at the start, still standing a year later.
I hate dieting. Do I have to give up the food I love?
No. I refuse to get caught up with fads and trends, and that includes food rules you will quit by Thursday. We look at the whole picture, adjust what is already on your plate, and keep the meals you look forward to.
I do not have any willpower. Is that a dealbreaker?
Willpower is not the missing piece. Structure is. You get a plan sized to the week you actually have, a coach who checks in, and a first workout you can finish. Discipline grows out of doing it, not out of wanting it badly enough.
Start here
One message. That is the whole first step.
Tell me where you are starting and what you want to be able to do. I will tell you exactly how we would get there.
